The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment: hazardous materials, explosives, illegal substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, perishable items (unless otherwise approved), and any items prohibited by international, federal, or local laws.
Delivery and handling policies
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated for express services. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, remote locations, and other factors beyond our control.

Coverage and limitations

Basic coverage is included with all shipments. Additional insurance is available and recommended for high-value items. Insurance claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery or the scheduled delivery date.

Billing and payment policies

Shipping costs are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, origin, destination, and service type. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the quote date.
Additional fees may apply for: remote area delivery, fuel surcharges, oversized packages, special handling, storage fees, address corrections, and re-delivery attempts.
Refunds are provided for express services that fail to meet guaranteed delivery times. Standard shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Processing may take 7-10 business days.
